I got my hooping on down at Central Park at a hula hooping party, complete with a DJ and dozens of brightly colored hula hoops.
A pretty fabulous way to spend a Saturday afternoon!

I love hula hooping especially to music just invested in a big hoop got the kids a small one and we all see how long we can keep it going, its great fun.
