I actually heard a rumor that Giant Foods was going to ban plastic bags so that you would have to bring (or buy) canvas shopping bags. Even though I reuse the grocery bags to line my bathroom trashcan, I think I would totally support that idea.

At first I didn't think I did anything good for the environment...but thanks to you I remembered I bought those same light bulbs for our house about a year ago. They are great! Go us! My husband thinks his big contribution is trying to conserve water by showering with me...the nerve! Ha!

I myself love cloth shopping bags and am so excited that soon and very soon I am moving to a city that is so much more proactive about little things that can make a big difference.
