Amy Atlas is a lawyer-turned-event-planner, who specializes in fabulous dessert tables all loaded up with licorice mints, dusted truffles, swirly meringues, and candy apples. In other words, she is my idol.
The question is whether she accepts summer interns and, if so, where do I apply?
