So, hypothetically speaking, when you are at a party and you go to powder your nose, do you ever take out your camera and snap a photo of yourself in your host's bathroom mirror?

and, to answer your question: no, of course not. I *never* take pictures of myself in strange bathrooms. And especially never in public restrooms.

Ha Ha! I do that, too. And to answer Nicole--when you shoot into a mirror with a camera it turns everything around & does make it appear that your wedding rings are on the right hand!

I did that last summer when my fiance and I were visiting his friends for their big summer party. It's an all-day event (we were there for the entire weekend); the friends have three little kids; I didn't know anyone at the party; and I was hiding in the bathroom for some peace and quiet.

I took a bunch of photos of myself, then posted one of them a month later when I had nothing much to write about. I just noted that I was bored and had no news and here were some photos, including the bathroom photo.

The friend saw the post and got mad, interpreting my statement to mean that I was bored at his party. He has not visited my blog since.
I wasn't bored at his party, but maybe it's better he think that than the truth, which was that his kids were driving me crazy.
